David S. Walker, President
Mr. Walker has over 25 years of experience in the benefits administration field, including extensive work in management, claims, pension, accounting and information systems. Mr. Walker is a recognized expert in the health benefits industry, and speaks and writes authoritative articles for groups and organizations within the field. Mr. Walker received his degree from the University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business and completed studies at The Wharton School.
Polly Baney, Director of Marketing and Client Relations
Ms. Baney has nearly twenty-five years of experience in the benefits, insurance and financial industries, joining Allied in 1990. Ms. Baney became Administrative Manager in 1992, and now leads Allied's Marketing and Client Relations department. Her responsibilities include the cultivation and expansion of client relationships, as well as evaluating client's current and future benefit plan requirements. Ms. Baney received her degree in Liberal Arts from Dominican College.
Since coming to Allied in 1993, Ms. Dixon has overseen the maintenance and development of system hardware and software, including the development of an interactive, employee benefits website currently utilized by some 5000 customers. Ms. Dixon was recently appointed Director of Operations. In this role, she combines her strong knowledge of the benefits industry with her extensive technical background to ensure that systems integrate seamlessly with staff and management needs. Ms. Dixon received her degree from Dartmouth College.
