As the Associate Vice-President of Operations and Services, Dan Tidball is responsible for managing, supporting, and retaining Delta Dental Small Business and ensures the success and growth of clients by building relationships with Brokers and General Agents. Dan has over 30 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry and over 10 years in Management. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from DePaul University in Chicago.
