Gilbert has over 10 years of experience working in the public sector for the County of Santa Clara Assessor’s Office, the California State University, and County of Santa Clara Social Services Agency. He attended Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts in San Francisco from 2015 to 2016 and landed in the insurance industry as an Account Representative, Client Services Lead and Client Services Supervisor. He has 5+ years’ experience in third party administration.
In his free time, he sings and volunteers for the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus and enjoys cooking and baking.
